Do I get root access to the server?
No, as this is a Managed Hosting service, all the server administrative tasks are fully taken care of by SecureAX. Any issues upon discovery, should be reported to us so that we can rectify it for free for you!
Do I get access to a control panel?
Yes, you will get full account access through Directadmin control panel. We do not use cPanel control panel for Managed Wordpress Hosting environment to ensure that the backend system resource footprint is the lowest, thereby allowing most resources to be allocated to your Wordpress website
How long does it take before my WordPress Hosting account is ready?
We endeavour to handover the hosting account to you within the SAME business day upon confirmation of your payment.
Is there email service / email accounts on the WordPress Hosting account?
Unfortunately, no. To ensure the best performance and security can be provided to the WordPress Hosting account, we use only servers specialised for WordPress, with backend software fine-tuned just for WordPress. If you require email service, we encourage you to consider ordering our Cloud Email service separately.
